Install NW 7.02 or NW CE 7.2 need media SAP:SAPLUP:700:

Hello all,

i am stucked at the Enter the location of the required software packages: Kernel NW 7.20! I tried to give it all media but no one is ok. It needs media with this label SAP:SAPLUP:700:*****.

Please help me if you know a media number , download location or another else solution.
